Can I cancel my membership at any time?
Yes! If at any time you feel the club is not a good fit for you, just let us know!
What’s included in my membership?
Exclusive price research done for you, designed to save you the time and hassle of researching your everyday products. Membership also includes making sure you are getting the very best advertised authorized pricing around. Plus, don’t forget our exclusive Customer Service Reps (NO SALES REPS), who will make sure you are taken care of throughout your whole ordering process.
Will I be charged a handling/shipping fee?
We do not charge a shipping fee. We do have an $8.95 handling fee per order. No matter how big or how small your order is, your handling fee will only be $8.95.
What is your return policy?
We have a 90 day return policy (as long as the item has not been opened and you return it within 90 days of receipt). We will gladly take your items back.
Do you have a catalog?
We do not have a catalog simply to keep our costs down as much as possible. This results in greater savings for you! However, when you sign up, we will get you a copy of our favorite dealer, DC Dental’s catalog for a product reference guide. Don’t forget to visit us online or call us for your Exclusive Club Pricing! We will also be sure to get you on our mailing list for monthly news flyers which have our best quarterly specials!
Is membership free?
Yes, membership is free to licensed dental practices but you must remain 'Active'. Active members must place an order within a 90 day period. If you wish to maintain access to our club without ordering you can pay a $30 fee per quarter.
